New York: Oil prices rose on Monday after progress in trade talks between the United States and China. Brent crude futures rose 27 cents, or 0.4%, to $64.18 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 28 cents, or 0.5%, to $61.30 a barrel.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, both crudes rose by more than a dollar on Friday and recorded a gain of more than four percent last week.
