Diwaniyah: The engineering and technical staff of the Diwaniyah Water Resources Directorate – Central Division have initiated a campaign to remove encroachments on the Diwaniyah River diversion, in cooperation with security forces.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Director of Water Resources in Diwaniyah, Musafir al-Shibli, stated that this campaign is focused on reducing encroachments on the Diwaniyah River diversion and involves taking legal action against violators. He mentioned that the campaign encompasses all rivers across the districts and sub-districts.
