Baghdad: The Ministry of Interior has declared a nationwide curfew to facilitate the upcoming population census. The curfew is set to begin at midnight on the 19th of this month and will remain in effect until midnight on the 21st.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Muqdad Miri, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, confirmed that the curfew will be enforced throughout Iraq. The decision aims to ensure an accurate and comprehensive census by minimizing movement and activities during the designated period.
