Baghdad: The Central Bank of Iraq has announced a new initiative to support pilgrims by selling $2,000 to each individual at the official exchange rate of 1,320 Iraqi dinars per dollar. This decision aims to provide financial ease to those traveling for pilgrimage.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the document released by the Central Bank outlined the decision to grant this amount to each pilgrim at the specified rate. This measure is part of the broader facilities offered to pilgrims visiting the House of God, ensuring they have adequate financial resources for their journey.
