Chairman of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Muzahim Qasim Al-Khayyat, confirmed: “The committee provides support to the Ministry of Higher Education and its educational programs, and the Higher Education Laws No. 40 of 1988, the University Service Law, and the Law to Amend Postgraduate Studies and Consulting Services will soon be legislated.”

In a speech at the Iraq Education Exhibition and Conference, Al-Khayyat called on everyone to cooperate in the field of developing education and keeping pace with the modern launch of artificial intelligence.

Al-Khayyat appreciated the Ministry’s efforts to provide university services, make our universities more competitive with international universities, and open doors for foreign students to study in Iraq.
