Maysan: A child was killed and two people were injured in a gunfight in Maysan. A security source in Maysan Governorate announced today that the incident occurred as a result of gunfire following a fight in Al-Kahla district of Maysan.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a verbal altercation between two people in the district escalated into an exchange of gunfire. This resulted in the death of a child who was present at the scene, along with injuries to two other individuals.
