Basra: China has officially extended an invitation to our national team to participate in a four-team tournament. The Chinese Football Association has invited the national team to compete alongside Jordan, Cape Verde, and the host country, Guangzhou, in an event scheduled for next November.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, informed sources have indicated that the national team is likely to decline the invitation due to a scheduling conflict with the Basra tournament, which is also set to take place in November.
