Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin engaged in a phone conversation today to explore avenues for expanding cooperation across various fields. The discussion primarily focused on enhancing collaboration in areas such as economy, trade, investment, and culture.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the two leaders emphasized their commitment to strengthening Chinese-Russian relations, irrespective of shifts in the international landscape. They reassured that their partnership is not aimed against any other countries.
During the call, President Xi expressed China’s support for Russia’s efforts, along with other involved parties, to bring an end to the conflict in Ukraine and to find a resolution to the ongoing crisis.
