Basra: The Basra Civil Defense Directorate mourned one of its members who was martyred in a mine explosion. The Directorate stated in a statement: “With deep sadness and sorrow, we received the news of the martyrdom of our heroic member, Commissioner and Treatment Officer Jabbar Kadhim Subaih, who was assigned to the Treatment Division, as a result of a mine explosion while performing his field survey duty in the (Khader Al-May) area within the exploratory area in Basra Governorate.”
