Baghdad Civil Defense teams rescued the buildings of the Electrical Engineering Technical College of the Middle Technical University before they were hit by a fire that broke out near them in Dora, south of Baghdad.

The Directorate of Civil Defense said in a statement that the rescue operation included the teaching staff houses before it was hit by the fire after the burning of a nearby orchard adjacent to it, which almost posed a real danger to the Houses of the teachers inside the college.

It added: It pushed 7 firefighting teams to control the fire and remove its danger from spreading and spreading its tongues of fire into the college to end the accident without recording human casualties.
