Baghdad: The Iraqi Meteorological Organization announced today, Thursday, details of the weather forecast, predicting clear skies and rising temperatures in the coming days.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the organization stated that the weather on Friday is expected to be clear across the country, with light to moderate northwesterly winds that will become more active during the day in the eastern parts of the southern region. Temperatures are expected to remain similar to those experienced today, with Baghdad seeing a minimum temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 48 degrees Celsius.

The statement further detailed that Saturday’s weather will also be clear across all regions, with similar light to moderate northwesterly winds and temperatures consistent with the previous day.

Looking ahead to Sunday, the forecast indicates generally clear skies with some clouds appearing at times in the southern region. Winds will be light and variable, maintaining temperatures similar to Saturday.

On Monday, the weather is anticipated to remain mostly clear, with occasional clouds in the central and southern regions. Winds will again be light and variable, but temperatures are predicted to rise slightly compared to Sunday.
