Baghdad: The Communications and Media Commission has announced the continuation of logistical and media preparations to secure comprehensive coverage of the Arab Summit in Baghdad. The Board of Commissioners emphasized that the Commission is working to support the national media system and facilitate the tasks of the media, contributing to conveying a bright image of Iraq.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Hisham al-Rikabi, a member of the Board of Commissioners, stated that the Commission is continuing its intensive efforts in preparation for the Arab Summit in Baghdad. This involves coordinating media efforts and providing an integrated technical environment that supports comprehensive coverage of this major Arab event.
Al-Rikabi pointed out that the Commission is supporting the national media system and facilitating the tasks of the media, contributing to conveying a positive image of Iraq and reflecting its pivotal role in the Arab environment. He explained that the Communications and Media Commi
ssion, in cooperation with various relevant authorities, is playing an active role in ensuring the success of the summit’s media component, enhancing the confidence of the Arab and international community in Iraq’s organizational and media capabilities.
He emphasized that efforts are continuing to ensure the highest levels of coordination and preparedness, in line with the importance of the event and Iraq’s historical and political standing within its regional context.
