Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has confirmed that the completion rates for the Al-Faw Grand Port project have significantly increased under the current government. In a recent speech following the receipt of the five berths of Al-Faw Grand Port, Al-Sudani emphasized the substantial progress made in the project's first phase, despite ongoing security challenges in the region. According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Sudani stated that the government was committed to implementing the Al-Faw Port project in line with the specified plans and standards. He highlighted the diligent oversight by the competent official authorities, which ensured that all aspects of the project were closely monitored and executed as planned. This development marks a crucial step forward for the Al-Faw Grand Port, a key infrastructure project in the region.
