Basra A number of convoys of demonstrators, supporters of the leader of the Sadrist movement, left from Basra to the Green Zone in the capital, Baghdad, to participate in the mass protests inside the Iraqi parliament building.
Sources stated that there is a directive for al-Sadr’s followers not to demonstrate in some provinces and those who have the desire of demonstration to go to Baghdad.
