Baghdad: The Coordination Framework has condemned the ongoing bombings that target oil companies in the Kurdistan Region, emphasizing the direct threat these attacks pose to national wealth, public interests, and the investment environment. The organization has urged the government to adopt a firm stance to identify those responsible for these attacks and to take measures to prevent their recurrence.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Coordination Framework’s media office released a statement following its 235th regular meeting, which took place at Hadi al-Amiri’s office. The meeting included the presence of the Prime Minister and focused on the latest political, security, and economic developments.

The Coordination Framework also expressed regret and sorrow over the recent tragic fire in Wasit Governorate, which resulted in the loss of multiple lives. It called for the completion of the investigation into the incident and demanded accountability for any negligence, particularly in light of the suspicious increase in fire incidents in recent months.
