Baghdad – In Baghdad, the Coordination Framework has announced the receipt of candidate names for the position of Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament from the Leadership Alliance. This development marks a significant step in the political process within the country.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Secretary-General of the Coordination Framework, the names were submitted by the Leadership Alliance, which comprises the Taqadum Party and the Sovereignty Party. Al-Amiri shared this information in a press statement released on Monday evening.
