Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani led the twenty-seventh regular session of the Council of Ministers, where important national matters were addressed. The council reviewed economic and service issues, focusing on the agenda topics and making relevant decisions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Council of Ministers centered discussions around the execution of the General Federal Budget Law and the Federal Court's decisions on financial responsibilities between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq. The discussions included two key documents: one from federal authorities and another from the Kurdistan Regional Government, dealing with the region's oil, non-oil revenues, and employee salary localization. As a result, a committee was formed under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning, with officials from the Ministries of Reconstruction and Housing, Higher Education, Justice, and Health. This committee is tasked with consulting all related authorities and delivering recommendations to the Council of Ministers promptly.

The council also took measures to address the requirements of the Iraqi Pharmacists Syndicate. It approved the allocation of job grades for pharmacists in upcoming budget laws and facilitated the transfer and assignment of pharmacists from healthcare institutions to government-owned factories.
