Diyala: The governor of Diyala, Adnan al-Shammari, engaged in discussions with Lieutenant General Muhammad Qasim al-Fahd, the commander of the Federal Police, focusing on the enhancement of cooperation and joint coordination between security agencies and the governorate. This meeting aimed at bolstering the protection of citizens and ensuring the stability and security of the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Governor al-Shammari emphasized the necessity of integrating efforts among the various security formations. He highlighted the importance of raising the level of coordination and joint work to further enhance security measures in Diyala. During the meeting, several security files and issues were reviewed, and strategies were discussed to strengthen collaboration between the security forces and the governorate.

Governor al-Shammari expressed his appreciation for the dedication shown by the security forces in fulfilling their national responsibilities. Lieutenant General al-Fahd reassured the governor of the Federal Police’s ongoing support for the security agencies in Diyala Governorate.
