Diyala: Security forces in Diyala have successfully seized two vehicles that were transporting large quantities of alcoholic beverages intended for smuggling. The alcoholic beverages had been professionally concealed within the vehicles.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Haitham al-Shammari, the Director of Public Relations and Media for the Diyala Police, stated that the operation was executed following the receipt of precise information. This intelligence led to the discovery of various types of alcoholic beverages carefully hidden inside the vehicles.

The drivers of the vehicles have been arrested, and the seized alcoholic beverages have been confiscated as part of the operation.
