Diyala: The University of Diyala has announced the signing of scientific cooperation agreements with Perm University, Belgorod State Technological University, and Don University of Russia. This development occurred during the university’s participation in the First World Summit of Peoples, which was held in Moscow. The event saw the participation of representatives from over 150 countries and several presidents of Iraqi public and private universities.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, University President Tahseen Hussein Mubarak stated that the agreements cover multiple areas, including scientific research, academic exchange, curriculum development, and joint supervision of postgraduate studies. Mubarak emphasized that this step is pivotal for enhancing the university’s standing in global rankings.
He further elaborated that these partnerships are in alignment with the university’s strategic goals. They are aimed at fostering effective cooperation that will support the university’s scientific and research objectives. Additionally, these agreements are expected to bolster the university’s role in serving both national and international communities.
