Baghdad: The dollar price experienced a decline in the local markets of Baghdad as the stock exchange closed at the beginning of the week. The financial activity in the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya markets saw the dollar recording 142,600 dinars per $100, down from 142,850 dinars per $100 earlier in the day.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the exchange market in Baghdad also showed a decrease in dollar prices. The selling price dropped to 143,500 dinars per $100, while the buying price fell to 141,500 dinars per $100.
In Erbil, similar trends were observed, with the dollar’s selling price declining to 142,650 dinars per $100 and the buying price reaching 142,550 dinars per $100.
