Baghdad Dozens of protesters closed Nasiriyah-Kut road, on Thursday, with burning tires at Al-Rifai district, demanding the dismissal of the Mayor, Ammar Yasser, from his post.

Witnesses told al-Nassiriya News Network that dozens of protesters blocked the Nasiriyah-Kut road, adjacent to al-Rifai district, with burning tires.

The witnesses added that: The reason for the protest and the blocking of the road is to demand the dismissal of the mayor, Ammar Yasser from his post.
