Uppsala: Swedish pole vaulter Armand Duplantis continued his record-breaking spree, improving the world record for the fifteenth time in his career. Duplantis recorded a jump of 6.31 meters during his participation in the Mundo Classic competition held in Uppsala, Sweden.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, with this achievement, he broke his previous record of 6.30 meters, which he set during the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in September 2015. Duplantis is one of the world's leading athletes, having won two Olympic gold medals in the pole vault, as well as three World Championship titles (both outdoor and indoor).
