Baghdad First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, met in his office today, Sunday, with a group of heads of international Chinese government companies, in the presence of a number of members of Parliament; to discuss its capabilities in implementing infrastructure and service projects throughout Iraq with solid specifications.

During the meeting, they discussed the projects that Iraq needs, and presented a full picture of the number of implemented and lagging behind, and the priorities of the government program that the House of Representatives voted on, and invited international companies to take advantage of the investment opportunities and the attractive environment available in the country.

The First Deputy called on the government to prepare a quick working mechanism to implement the projects, to provide facilities for sober international companies, to provide them with full protection, and to organize their work away from favoritism, obstructions and routine procedures to revitalize the private sector and advance the reality of the country.
