Sulaymaniyah: In a specialized workshop, the Ministry of Education and UNICEF have developed precise standards to overcome obstacles faced by dropouts returning to school. This initiative is part of a broader effort to support educational programs and improve the learning environment across all Iraqi governorates.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the workshop, organized by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), aims to bolster national efforts to reintegrate students into the educational system. It particularly focuses on addressing the challenges faced by the most vulnerable groups, ensuring the realization of inclusive education principles.

The event, held in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, saw the participation of key figures such as Dr. Adnan Al-Sarraj, the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Education Affairs, and Hussein Sabri Al-Lami, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Technical Affairs. Numerous educational leaders from the Ministry’s headquarters and directorates general also attended, highlighting the workshop’s significance in the ongoing efforts to enhance Iraq’s educational landscape.
