Baghdad: The Ministry of Education, through the General Directorate for Teacher Preparation, Training, and Educational Development, announced today the opening of applications for Fine Arts Institutes. The application period for both morning and evening studies for the 2026-2027 academic year will commence on September 1st and end on September 17th, 2026.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry has outlined that interviews and tests are scheduled to begin on September 20th and will continue until October 1st, 2026, in accordance with the approved application dates.
