Baghdad: Hundreds of Ministry of Education employees demonstrated in Tahrir Square in central Baghdad this evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the demonstrators’ demands included the approval of the Ministry of Education law, which had been postponed during parliament sessions. Additionally, they called for the distribution of land plots to ministry employees, an increase in professional allocations, and the appointment of lecturers and assistants along with the implementation of new contracts.
