Emir of Qatar Criticizes Israel’s Aggressive Policies in Call with Trump


Doha: The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, has accused Israel of adopting aggressive policies that threaten the security and stability of the region. He expressed these concerns during a recent phone conversation with US President Donald Trump, holding Israel responsible for the consequences of its attack on Doha.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Emir urged the international community to uphold its legal and moral responsibilities regarding these actions and to hold those involved accountable. He also expressed hope that the United States would support this approach, which he considers just.



During the conversation, President Trump acknowledged Qatar as a strategic ally of the United States and encouraged Doha to continue its mediation efforts to resolve the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip. Trump condemned the Israeli raid on Doha and emphasized that diplomatic solutions should be pursued to address regional issues.
