Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan intends to embark on a four-day Gulf tour, including Kuwait, Qatar, and the Sultanate of Oman, at the invitation of the leaders of the three countries, starting tomorrow, Tuesday.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Turkish Presidential Communications Director Burhaneddin Duran stated in a post on the Turkish NSocial platform on Monday that the tour will assess bilateral relations in all their dimensions and discuss ways to develop existing cooperation between Ankara and the three Gulf capitals.
The tour will also include consultations on regional developments and international issues, as mentioned by Duran. Various agreements are also scheduled to be signed on the sidelines of the tour with officials from the three countries "with the aim of consolidating the foundation of bilateral relations."
