Explosions Rock Tehran Amid Assassination of Senior Official


Tehran: Iranian media reported, at dawn on Tuesday, the sound of explosions, accompanied by the activation of air defenses in several areas of the capital, Tehran, to confront hostile Israeli aircraft. Local circles circulated the assassination of a senior official, said to be a nuclear scientist living on Ferdowsi Street in Tehran, coinciding with the activation of Iranian air defenses in the cities of Rasht and Urmia.
