Baquba / NINA /- The Civil Defense teams put out a fire that broke out in the commercial exchange square in the Munthiriya border crossing, northeast of Baquba.

A local source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a fire broke out in the commercial exchange yard at Al-Mundhiriya crossing, after papers and plastic bags covered the ceramics, which belonged to a merchant, ignited, denying that a large fire broke out at the port and severe damage.

He added that the firefighting teams were able to control the fire without spreading it, indicating that the fire caused material damage and that a specialized team opened an investigation into the accident to find out the causes of the fire.
