Federal Education and Integrity Commission Launches “Educate Yourself Legally” Campaign to Combat Corruption


Cairo: The Ministry of Education, under the direction of Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan and in cooperation with the Federal Integrity Commission, launched the “Educate Yourself Legally” campaign in the Second Karkh Education Directorate, with the participation of 178 employees. The campaign aims to spread legal awareness, protect public funds, and combat corruption.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated in a press release that the seminar was attended by the Director General of Education and the directors of departments and divisions. It addressed key topics such as employee rights and responsibilities, adherence to laws and regulations, and mechanisms for reporting suspected financial, administrative, and ethical corruption.



Dr. Naseer Jassim Jabr, head of the ministerial team and representative of the Integrity Commission, provided a legal and educational explanation of the employee’s responsibility in safeguarding public funds and establishing integrity and probity within the educational institution.
