Baghdad: The head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Mohammed Ali al-Lami, confirmed that the commission has obligated all election candidates to submit a financial disclosure statement.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Lami made this announcement during a joint press conference with the head of the Electoral Commission. He stated, "We have directed that the exploitation of state resources be prohibited during election campaigns."
