Baghdad: Federal Police forces arrested 18 suspects in various legal cases in Baghdad. A statement by the Federal Police Command stated: “The Federal Police forces carried out security operations in the Rusafa side of Baghdad, according to judicial arrest warrants, which resulted in the arrest of 7 suspects in cases of (threat, brawl, theft, execution, kidnapping) in the areas of (Al-Zafaraniya, Al-Batoul neighborhood, Al-Nahrawan, Al-Shama’iya, Al-Baladiyat).

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the statement added: “11 suspects were arrested on charges of (murder, brawl) in the areas of (Al-Bustan neighborhood, Bustan Sami, Al-Jarikhi, Tariq neighborhood, and Muscat).”

He continued: “The suspects were referred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against them.”
