Bushehr: Three people died and 10 others were injured in a fire at a methanol tank in the southern port of Bushehr, Iran, as reported by the Iranian News Agency “IRNA” on Wednesday. The incident occurred at the Kaveh Petrochemical Company in Deir Port.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the head of the emergency medical department in Bushehr province confirmed that the fire broke out at 11:30 a.m. local time. The scale of the fire suggests that the number of casualties might increase as more information becomes available.

Hassan Mousavi, the head of the emergency medical department, noted that the injured individuals have been transported to hospitals within the province for treatment. The response teams are still assessing the situation to ensure the safety and well-being of those affected.
