Baghdad:A fire at a timber warehouse in the Tobji area of Baghdad was extinguished by the Civil Defense Directorate on Saturday, with no injuries reported.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Civil Defense teams managed to fully control the blaze that erupted inside a house used for timber storage in the Tobji industrial area, situated on the Karkh side of Baghdad.

The Directorate’s statement highlighted the successful efforts of the firefighting teams in containing the fire, thereby preventing it from spreading to nearby residential homes. Although there was limited material damage, no human injuries were reported.
