Hilla: Civil Defense teams extinguished a fire that engulfed fruit and vegetable warehouses south of Hilla, the capital of Babil Governorate, without any injuries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Civil Defense Media Director Aqeel Abdullah stated, "The fire caused significant material damage before Civil Defense teams were able to extinguish it."

He added that the police have opened an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
