For The First Time Since Its Establishment… Diyala University Included In The British Times Classification For The Quality Of Higher Education

Baquba Diyala University announced its entry into the British World Times classification for the current year.

The President of Diyala University, Abdel Moneim Abbas, said in a statement: “Entering of Diyala university, for the first time since its establishment, within the British international classification of the Times proves the perseverance of the sons of this scientific edifice and their high keenness to advance the university and its position locally, regionally and internationally,” stressing: “The emergence of the university within the classification in which more than 1,600 universities from 99 countries competed, it constitutes a shining point in its history full of achievements.

For his part, the official of the Rankings Unit at Diyala University, Khaled Ghadban, confirmed: “The classification, which showed the university’s hierarchy within the range / 810 / globally and / 101 / in the Arab world, adopts a set of criteria to measure the performance of institutions in the field of teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international expectations.”
