Rome:Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein has arrived in Rome, marking the start of his official visit to the Vatican City State. This visit includes the inauguration of the new premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to the Holy See.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Foreign Minister’s visit will feature a series of official meetings with Vatican officials. These discussions aim to address issues of mutual interest and explore ways to strengthen the relationship between Iraq and the Holy See.

Additionally, Minister Fuad Hussein is scheduled to meet with several Italian government officials during his stay in Rome.
