Baghdad: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the participation of Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani in the Sharm el-Sheikh Peace Summit came in response to the joint invitation submitted by the government of the United States of America and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the significance of the summit, highlighting the collaborative effort between the US and Egypt in fostering dialogue and cooperation.
