Diwaniyah: A large fire broke out in four orchards in the Ghammas district, south of Diwaniyah Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a security source explained that the fire was caused by the burning of agricultural land after the wheat crop was marketed. The flames spread quickly due to the winds.

The incident resulted in significant material losses, though there were no human casualties reported. Authorities are assessing the extent of the damage as efforts to contain the fire continue.
