Baghdad The Directorate of Intelligence and Security freed a kidnapped girl and arrested her kidnappers and arrested an accused person of drug trafficking in Baghdad.

A statement by the Directorate stated that after the availability of preliminary intelligence information about the kidnapping of a girl in the Jurf Al-Naddaf area, and after the intelligence information was boycotted by the Baghdad Intelligence and Security Directorate and in coordination and cooperation with the First Federal Police Division and Al-Wahda Police Station, the location of the girl was reached, liberated her and arrested the kidnappers in Ali Khudair village in the Jurf Al-Naddaf area, and they were referred to the judiciary, to receive their just punishment.

On the other hand, the detachments of the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security, in coordination with the First Division of the Federal Police, were able to arrest a suspect wanted by the judiciary on charges of trafficking in narcotic substances in the Sadr City area, east of the capital, Baghdad, and a judicial warrant was issued against him in accordance with the provisions of Article (32) of Penal Code.
