Gaza: The Gaza Health Ministry announced in a breaking news report early Tuesday morning that 199 people were killed in Israeli airstrikes in its new aggression on the Gaza Strip.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that more than 75 people were killed in Khan Yunis, south of the Strip. Among the martyrs was Major General Mahmoud Abu Watfa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior in Gaza, as a result of the airstrikes on Gaza City.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the airstrike included the assassination of mid-level military and political leaders in the Hamas movement. The director of hospitals in the Gaza Strip said that dozens of injuries could not be identified yet. The attack included new fire belts in northern Gaza.
