Gaza: Hamas warned Israel on Saturday against what it described as the “adventure” of occupying the entire Gaza Strip, stating that such an action would cost Tel Aviv “a heavy price.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Hamas issued a statement emphasizing their willingness to engage in negotiations through Egyptian and Qatari mediators to ensure the success of a ceasefire. Hamas expressed readiness for a comprehensive deal that would involve the release of all occupation prisoners, the cessation of hostilities, and the withdrawal of enemy forces.

The warning from Hamas follows a decision by the Israeli Security Cabinet on Friday to approve large-scale operations aimed at controlling Gaza. This decision has provoked significant anger and concern internationally.
