Baghdad: The Head of the Presidential Diwan, Yahya Ghazi Al-Muhammadi, received the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Iraq, Maher Salem Al-Tarawneh, at the Presidential Diwan headquarters on Thursday. The meeting reflected the depth of the fraternal relations and historical ties that bind the two brotherly countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Media Office of the Head of the Presidential Diwan indicated that the meeting reviewed the course of Iraqi-Jordanian relations and ways to enhance them in various fields to achieve common interests and strengthen bilateral cooperation. Several issues of mutual concern were also discussed, and the importance of continued coordination and consultation between the two countries regarding regional developments was emphasized.
