Baghdad: The Minister of Health has ordered an urgent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a girl at Al-Zahraa Hospital in the Al-Shaab area. Health Minister Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Moussawi has tasked a joint team to delve into the details of the incident.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry has released a statement explaining the composition of the investigative team. The team, which includes members from the Inspection Department, the Forensic Medicine Department, and other relevant authorities, is charged with determining the cause of death, identifying any potential negligence, and recommending necessary legal and administrative actions if negligence is discovered.
