High Committee Reviews Al-Hol Camp File and Rehabilitation Programs


Baghdad: The High Committee tasked with monitoring the Al-Hol camp file convened at the National Security Advisory headquarters. The meeting was attended by the committee chairman, National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Aboudi, along with various committee members.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Advisory released a statement outlining the meeting’s agenda. Key topics included the discussion of rehabilitation and reintegration programs for families returning from the Syrian Al-Hol camp. The committee also deliberated on setting a date to close and conclude the Al-Hol camp file. Additionally, plans to monitor families in their areas of residence were reviewed, addressing issues related to identification documents and private property. The activities of UN organizations operating at the Al-Amal Center were also discussed.
