Baghdad: A high-level Iranian judicial delegation, led by Judge Nasser Seraj, the Deputy Head of the Iranian Judiciary for International Affairs, arrived in Baghdad on Tuesday. The delegation was welcomed by Judge Laith Jabr, Head of the Judicial Supervision Authority.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the visit is part of a judicial memorandum of understanding between the Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq and the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This collaboration aims to strengthen judicial ties and facilitate mutual legal cooperation between the two nations.
The reception for the delegation included the presence of Judicial Supervisors Judge Razzaq Katie and Judge Adel Khadir, as well as Public Prosecutor Latif Hussein. The visit underscores the ongoing efforts to enhance judicial relations and share expertise in legal matters.
