Baghdad: Discussions are underway between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University of Baghdad to explore collaborative efforts on the early detection of autism spectrum disorder.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Psychological/Parapsychology Research Center met with the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad to discuss potential scientific cooperation in this field. The center’s Director General, Hawraa Al-Mubarraq, convened with faculty members Muhannad Saber and Noor Kamal to explore collaboration on early autism detection methods.

The meeting focused on the use of brain mapping data analysis and modern technologies to develop scientific methods that could aid in early autism detection. Discussions also aimed at enhancing research cooperation and the exchange of expertise among various scientific disciplines related to this area.
