Holy Shrine of Imam Ali Honors Dr. Muhammad Taher Al-Moussawi for Humanitarian Work in Gaza

Najaf: The General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) honored Dr. Muhammad Taher Al-Moussawi during his visit to the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (PBUH), where he was received by the Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine, Issa Al-Khorasan. According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Khorasan praised the significant contributions of Dr. Al-Moussawi in providing health care to the wounded in Gaza City and the hospitals operating there, expressing his appreciation for his dedication and sincerity in serving humanity. Dr. Al-Moussawi, who hails from a Najaf family, expressed his immense pride and honor in visiting the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) and the city of Najaf. He emphasized the special place that this holy city holds in his heart. Dr. Al-Moussawi also highlighted his humanitarian role in caring for Palestinian children, noting that he draws support and strength from God Almighty and the pure Imams (PBUH) in his medical career. He is cu rrently striving to spread their humanitarian message across the world. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Al-Moussawi rose to prominence following his participation in relief and humanitarian campaigns in the Gaza Strip. He led a medical delegation that performed over 1,200 surgeries and provided treatment to thousands of patients, earning him the title of "the miracle doctor" in recognition of his significant efforts in saving lives and alleviating suffering.
